Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable].  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at info@firenzeflora.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at our stores from where goods were bought.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

FLOW & VISUALISATION 

A flower’s journey to you can span continents and oceans, covering literally tens of thousands of miles – all in a matter of days.

We have a long-standing relationship with some of the best farms and exporters in many flower growing countries. We look for suppliers with the right attitudes, systems and track records to ensure rigorous quality standards during growth, harvest, grading and packaging.

 

Flower Procurement & Harvesting Process

Although Firenze purchases a variety of products from best growers, exporters and auctions wherein, they take intensive care of all the flowers and closely monitored the whole process to ensure high quality standards.

All the flowers we import goes through a rigorous quality check process and all the Below stated measures are being followed at farm level.

Cutting > Post Harvesting Treatment > Grading > Bunching > Hydration > Packaging >Pre-Cooling(Start of a Cold Chain)

This is the start of what is referred to as the “Cold Chain”. This pre-cooling process helps preserve the product during its journey to our stores. And it has to be maintained during whole logistic journey until flowers reach to end user.

Air LogisticsManagement

All of our flowers are lifted by aircrafts as a perishable cargo from its nearest airport in the origin country to the nearest airport in the destination country. From where we clear the flowers within very minimal time frame and transport them to our cold storage by the help of our refrigerated transportation.

Our Quality Control and Distribution Facility

Our cold storage facility is capable to handle up to 1000 Boxes Fresh Cut Flowers at a time, when the flowers arrive at our Facility, they are properly checked for quality and quantity measures, then taken immediately to the in-store cooler (the last step in the Cold Chain).

The next step, All the flowers must be removed from their boxes and goes through of post-harvest care procedures to maintain product quality and keep them ready for sale.

For delivery to our customers, we follow the complete cold chain system and transport all of our flowers in appropriate refrigerated vehicles.

It is completing our description of a flower’s journey from the farms level to customer’s place. All the commercial flowers may achieve a vase life of 7-10 days provided a proper care is being given.
